The results are in, and the competition is getting even closer. As of Monday, November 10th, the Top Eight Teachers in the Teacher Appreciation Voting Event were announced. These eight educators earned the highest number of votes at that point in the competition:
Ms. Amisha, Mr. Hildebrandt, Mrs. Staab, Mr. Hawthorne, Mr. VanSomeren, Mrs. Jones, Mr. Hanson, and Mr. Johnson.
Each teacher was recognized by students for their challenging tests, engaging classes, and dedication to academic excellence, earning them a spot among the top contenders.
The Competition Heats Up: Top Six Revealed
Continuing into Tuesday, November 11th, the second round of voting took place. As part of the four-day voting schedule, two teachers with the lowest totals were eliminated, leaving the Top Six Teachers to move forward in the event.

These six teachers will continue in the competition as students cast their votes throughout the remaining days of the week to determine who will advance to the Top Four in the next stage.
How to Participate
Students can continue to vote once per day during the four-day event, which runs from Monday, November 10th, through Thursday, November 13th. Voting is available both online and in person.
The Voting Station is located at the front of the school and will be open:

Online voting can be accessed through QR codes posted at the station, while paper ballots, pencils, and ballot boxes are also available for students who prefer to vote in person.

By the end of the week, the votes will determine which teachers make it into the Top Four and move one step closer to earning the title in the “Who’s Most Likely To…” Teacher Appreciation Event.
